1) No profanity, inappropriate material, or content.
2) No illegal content.
3) No harassment.
4) No flaming. (Deliberate defame of another forum-er)
5) No trolling. (Deliberate posting to cause negative comments from groups or individuals , etc. racism)
6) No spamming (advertising, bumping, and multi-posting included).
7) No trick links/pranking (That means to say it wasn't directed to the original content you stated it would)
Stay on topic. (Or at least try not to stray to far off-topic)
9) No whining. (Don't whine =.=)
10) Promotions (No selling promotions, begging for promotions)
11) No spoilers. (Manga spoilers, movie spoilers)
12) Signature Restrictions (500x100, file size 50KB or less, no quote tags, same applies to avatars)
13) Account Responsibility - Protect your password; keep it updated. Don't let it get banned by giving away your password.)
14) Cheating/hacking discussions and accusations (Of habbo accounts and hacking programmes)
15) No plagiarism. (Don't copy someone's work and pass it off as your own)
16) No backseat/mini-modding. (Which means acting like a moderator and demanding someone to delete his post)
17) No posting for banned members at any time (They are banned for a reason)
18) Foreign Languages - not allowed without translation (English at all times please)
19) No releasing of Private Information.
20) Moderators can delete or lock messages at any time if they go against the rules or are insulting or for no purpose.
21) No impersonating a moderator (Don't mini-mod and don't pretend your a moderator. The moderators names on the forums appear BLUE)
22) Moderators have the final say.
