i think we should have some announcements during pay time. Like for example... "Today, bla bla bla" "tomorrow, bla bla bla" so every workers knows whats going on =)) I know there are alr announcements, but too little!!! xD Maybe gene can like praise some HRs on their work etc? just my opinion. ty =))

Since we've moved to a bigger room, I doubt they'll be any LRs bullying Recruits, if there is, just get a HR to kick them.
I also feel that since some of us are having important exams (PSLE, O Levels and such), I'd rather you open a room for people studying, and a room for games. Probably the seniors can help the juniors will their school work too. Since it'll benefit everyone.
The reason behind HRs AFK-ing frequently might be coz of studies, like me, or roaming in the internet, so I suggest opening a small area for AFK, so that you're not like blocking other people and such.
And also, since the pays are pushed to weekly, some people might not make it, so I suggest 2 time slots on Saturday, just to benefit HSA from losing workers and workers from losing their effort working.

And guards AFK often, it's irritating. Get a solution for this.

On saturday, Genetic will distribute the pay to you. When he sees you, he will give it to you. Waiting in the assembly hall is NOT required.

Hmm about the GG stuff ..
Maybe you should start giving warnings blabla . Like in the HabboUs or wdv ,
When you AFK in GG, they'll give you 3 warnings before demotion happen.
This might decrease th no . of people afking while GG .
In addition, there's like 10 guard posts now , i suppose ?
This will probably cause a jam in the gg area and everyone starts getting frustrated

Cause sometime's there's alot people afking the room .
So like take up space.
Maybe like 25 workers only 10 working the rest all afk.
Then it will be unfair to those who wanna work but can't get into the room cus its full.
AFK check is a good idea but still when you attention and attention theere's abit of chaos here and there
And people just continue talking .. No point though .

Games should be also held earlier cos like someparents are dam strict they set time limit
Eg , 10pm off . So those who reallywanna play the games can't play at all..
Maybe like 5-6 or something ( weekends )

everyone need go to assembly hall right ?
Then sometime people come in late like 20 min.
And the door is locked etc.
So we dno how get in ( we no rights also ma )
So i suggest stationing a HR and the door there to help open door etc.'
And maybe praise people of their hardwork too in the assembly hall .
Maybe give them bonus credits like someone have mentioned earlier on
So people won't just simply slack like " I WORK TWO HOURS ALR !! CAN GET PAY "
And have the motivation to serve & work harder ... So yah

i have GG for 4 hours stright man and i am tired.
i think we should have little break time like after an hour we can go somewhere or remain there.
the break time is like around 10 min and after that we will return to the Co.

Should give bonus pay. if not alot workers dont know run go where after 2 hours.

anyway. If too little guardpost,Many workers also cant work.
So they will go in and sit,then afk?
Cause there's alot of people who wan to guard.
We cannot ask HR to do everything,
So LR / MR can also remind the guards not to afk.
Anyway,I dont think they will because they know they will get kicked.

Now that the company is upgraded into a bigger one, More people can come in.

Not just 10 min .
I think HRs ask you guys via minimail to return back to co
Is cus HSA is too little people atm they need more workers to work .
So but actually you're allowed to go out anytime btw.
Just that you need to work 2hr .
but i doesn't mean that you work 2 hr , get pay and run and next day
work 2 hour , get pay again.

I mean like, since you're in HSA alr
Try to work more than 2 hours & commit to th company yah .
Not work just for the pay.

But back to the point..
Yup you're allowed to go out anytime i suppose.
( unless the rule changes after having the mega HQ )
